• Unopened & still wrapped in it's original packaging products can be exchanged or refunded with in 14 days of the order being delivered or purchased in store, but this will incur a $5 Restocking fee per item, so we encourage you to check the product & measurements you need before purchasing

• Refunds on orders placed via Credit Card will involve a transaction fee of 2.5%

• With any non-exchangeable products will involve a 5% restocking fee this is not a money grab, this is due to the expense of having to sell the product as second hand as it is not brand new

• We do not offer a full refund if the customer has purchased an item & it does not suit there needs. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the item will suit them. Only a partial refund is given in this circumstance. This being due to the item no longer being brand new. The amount given will be up to the discretion of Simply Shelving.
